Setup of the faveo online address check

Setup Guide:

1. After installing the faveo Online Address Check, open the Assisted Setup.
   
2. Run the Online Address Check Setup.
3. A smartystreet account is required to use the faveo Online Address Check.
4. The smartystreet Authorization ID and the Authorization Token must be entered in the wizard.
   
5. The setup is now complete.
